Digital Body Fat Caliper Electronic Tape Measure Pack Skin Tester Combo

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Close the jaws, then press the ZERO switch to set zero
- The site you will use for skinfold measurement is the belly(approximately one inch above the right hipbone)
- While standing, firmly pinch the suprailliac skinfold between your left thumb and forefinger. Place the jaws of the digital body fat caliper over the skinfold, while continuing to hold the skinfold with the left hand
- Press the jaws until you feel slight pain. Then press HOLD switch to keep the measurement. After reading your measurement, press HOLD switches to continue. Repeat three times and use the average as your measurement. Refer to the body fat interpretation chart to determine your body fat percentage and what it means

BODY TAPE MEASURE:
- Colour: white
- Size: 6.3x8x2cm
- Measure range: 5-150cm

USING INSTRUCTION:
- Press the button in the center and pull out the tape
- Wrap the tape around the body part to measure, lock the rod in the circular slot
- Press the button in the center and let the tap retract to a snug fit
- Record measurement

NOTE:
-The start scale of this tape is 5cm, not 0cm, so you must subtract 5cm from the scale you measure.
